Every consultation on-site encompasses: 1) analysis related to forms surrounding the property (both natural and human-made) 2) analysis of the layout of the structure(s), and 3) analysis of the contents of the structure(s). Each fortunate finding will be pointed out, and each issue of concern will be addressed by recommendations for corrections, called "cures" or "enhancements." Residential and small business consultations will be tape-recorded. Corporate consultations will include a written report. Real Estate Sales & Purchases Sales: This involves identification of issues that might slow down or block a sale. It includes recommendations for sign placement, furniture placement, artwork and accessory placement (or removal), and the placement of effective cures--all specifically related to increasing the speed of real estate sales.
